Aspire Canada Tours is based in Kelowna, British Columbia. For accounts processing and tour payments sent by mail, please use our Abbotsford mailing address below and include your booking identification number in the memo line.

Please use the contact form on this page to reach our team. Our office hours are weekdays between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and we are closed on holidays.
To help us assist you efficiently, please include the following details where relevant:
- Existing reservations: Please include your booking identification number in your message, or have it ready when you call.
- New booking inquiries: Please let us know which tour or tours interest you, whether you are a traveller or a travel agent, and whether you prefer a reply by email or by telephone.
- Sold-out tours: You may contact us to join the wait list or request notice when the next year’s departure is released.
- Tentative reservation requests: You can book online from each tour overview page. If you prefer us to set up a tentative reservation for online payment by invoice, please include:
- the tour name;
- the departure date, if there is more than one;
- any add-on options;
- each traveller’s legal name as shown on their flight check-in ID;
- each traveller’s gender;
- each traveller’s date of birth;
- any dietary requests;
- any accessibility requests;
- for multi-day tours, your gateway airport and room-sharing details, with up to four travellers per hotel room.
