Please check your email for your payment confirmation, booking confirmation, and secure booking portal access.

Your confirmation email should include your reservation details, payment confirmation, Aspire Canada Tours booking portal access details, and the secure link to log into your account.

Once you receive your booking portal access, please log into your account and complete the guest profile for each traveller in your booking.

If you paid a deposit, your confirmation should show your remaining balance and applicable payment schedule. If you paid in full, your confirmation should show that your tour payment has been completed.

Please add GuestServices@AspireCanadaTours.com and (778) 760-1800 to your address book and safe senders list to reduce the chance of important emails being sent to junk or spam.

If you do not receive your confirmation email shortly, please check your junk or spam folder first. If it is not there, please contact our guest services team and we will be pleased to assist.
