Aspire Canada Tours for Travel Agents: Clear product, careful planning, commission tracking
When the itinerary is clear, the pacing is thoughtful, and the logistics are managed well, travel agents earn trust twice, once at the time of booking and again when the client returns home.
Aspire Canada Tours (ACT) offers thoughtfully planned escorted tours within Canada for travellers who value clarity, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We set accurate expectations, manage the logistics carefully, and favour clear product information over sales noise.
Travel agents may request an ACT booking account to book new client reservations online, manage eligible reservation changes, and work within a system that tracks commissions. During our launch phase, accounts are activated manually so agency details are set up correctly from the start.

Why some journeys are easier to recommend
Thoughtfully planned logistics
We manage the moving parts carefully, making the product easier for travel agents to explain and easier for clients to understand.
Honest product positioning
We describe inclusions, pacing, and uncertainty clearly. Weather and wildlife are never overstated.
Right-sized tours
Our multi-day tours favour a more personal scale. Our one-day expeditions use logistics intelligently to make remote places more accessible.
Calm, professional operations
Safety, service quality, and consistent delivery matter more than theatrics.
What your clients are actually buying
Two distinct ways we show clients Canada

Multi-Day Journeys, The Human Scale: We keep group touring at a scale that allows real connection with place, smoother movement, and more attentive guest care.

Key details for travel advisors
Commission structure
We offer the following commission structure for eligible travel advisor bookings:
-
One-day expeditions, same-day return: 10%
-
Multi-day journeys: 5%
Commission applies to the base tour price only. It does not apply to taxes, fuel surcharges, or aviation fees.
Eligible bookings and related commission activity are tracked through Aspire Canada Tours’ reservation system and remain subject to booking terms and conditions.
Eligible commissions are paid within 30 days after tour completion.
Please note: Commission policy may vary for custom group arrangements, net rates, or selected promotional offers.
Pre-departure communication
Aspire Canada Tours prepares and manages official pre-departure information through its reservation system. Information is generally sent to the email address attached to the booking record. If the advisor’s email address is entered, the advisor will typically receive it. If the traveller’s email address is entered, the traveller will typically receive it. Depending on the workflow, messages may be sent automatically before departure or issued manually by Aspire Canada Tours.
Please note: To help ensure booking communications reach the intended recipient, travel advisors should enter the email address that should receive pre-departure information.
Senior traveller suitability
Many of our tours are planned with senior travellers in mind, particularly those who value careful organisation, comfort, and clear expectations. Suitability still depends on the specific tour, as some departures may include stairs, vessel boarding, uneven ground, or longer touring days. We encourage advisors to review the tour details carefully and contact Aspire Canada Tours if a client has questions about mobility, comfort, or overall fit.
