Please check your email for your booking confirmation, payment confirmation, and secure booking portal access.

Your confirmation email should include your reservation details, payment details, booking portal access instructions, and a secure login link.

After you receive your portal access, please log in and complete the guest profile for each traveller in your booking.

Please download and print the guest waiver before travel. Each guest should sign the waiver with a witness, then scan it using a phone scanning app, such as Google Drive’s scanner, or take a clear photo of the signed waiver.

Please email the signed waiver to and include your booking ID in the subject line.

If you do not have a printer or access to a witness, you can complete the waiver at the start of your tour. For multi-day tours, your tour conductor will have waiver copies at the start of the escorted portion of the tour. For one-day expeditions involving a chartered flight, guests can sign the waiver at check-in.

Guests are encouraged to complete and return their waivers in advance where possible.

If you paid a deposit, your confirmation should show your remaining balance and payment schedule. If you paid in full, it should show that your tour payment is complete.
